HOW IT WORKS-
The professional window cleaning machine includes a long extendable pole with a sponge or brush head. Attached to the pole is a hose, connected to a portable tank that purifies and dispenses water on demand. The water and the brush are all that are needed to clean dust, dirt, leaves, pollen and other things from exterior windows. Then the windows are left to naturally dry; No squeegeeing or towel drying needed!
DAY HIRE - $130+gst (Hire and return from anytime between 7:30am-6:30pm)
OVERNIGHT HIRE - $220+gst (Hire and return anytime between 7:30am-6:30pm the following day)
Kit includes:
- Lightweight extendable pole ( Can extend up to 3 stories high )
- 8 Litre Lift & Carry water purifying tank
- Lift & Carry 80 metre hose reel
- Wagtail flexible cleaning head ( 18inch in length )
- Brush head
- 2 metre hose to connect purifying tank to hose reel
- Clear instructions & video demonstration
You will need to supply:
- A working garden tap connected to mains water, with normal hose fitting
- A garden hose to connect a tap to supply water to the machine
DO NOT connect machine to bore or dam water, Must be connected to main supply or tank water only

- THE CUSTOMER MUST RETURN THE EQUIPMENT THOROUGHLY CLEANED, ANY HAIR MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE BRUSHES AND BRISTLES, AND THE UNDERSIDE OF THE MACHINE SHOULD BE WIPED CLEAN
- IF THE EQUIPMENT IS NOT CLEANED SUFFICIENTLY BEFORE RETURN, CLEAN CO HIRE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A $20 DEEP CLEANING FEE
- RESULTS MAY VARY DUE TO FACTORS SUCH AS TYPE OF MATERIAL OF CARPET/COUCH, AGE OF STAINS ETC - WE WILL NOT REFUND BASED ON VARIED RESULTS.
- CUSTOMERS MUST OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT SAFELY AND ONLY USE IT FOR ITS INTENDED USE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS. You MUST advise Clean Co Hire if you require any further instruction on the operation and safe use of the Equipment
- BY AGREEING TO HIRE, THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT GLASS CLEANING RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. GLASS IS A POROUS MATERIAL THAT CAN BE STAINED DUE TO LACK OF PAST MAINTENANCE. A PROFESSIONAL CLEANER NEEDS TO BE ENGAGED TO REMOVE STUBBORN DIRT, GLASS STAINS AND POST CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS SUCH AS MORTAR OR SILICONE ON THE GLASS. OUR EQUIPMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THIS PURPOSE AND WILL REMOVE DIRT AND DUST ONLY
- BY BOOKING A HIRE YOU ACCEPT ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH DAMAGE/ LOSS OF MACHINE AND OR ATTACHMENTS
- CLEAN CO HIRE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED TO YOURSELF OR YOUR PROPERTY. BY AGREEING TO HIRE, YOU INDEMNIFY CLEAN CO HIRE FOR ANY INJURIES OR ACCIDENTS CAUSED AND CONTRIBUTED TO ANY PERSONS BY THE EQUIPMENT. BY AGREEING TO HIRE YOU ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INSURANCES NEEDED TO COVER ANY LIABILITIES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF USE OF THE HIRE EQUIPMENT
- BY AGREEING TO A HIRE - THAT IS CONSIDERED A BINDING AND WRITTEN CONTRACT
- YOU ARE TO PICK UP AND RETURN EQUIPMENT WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIME SLOTS - IF EQUIPMENT IS RETURNED LATE CLEAN CO HIRE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A LATE RETURN FEE
- IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR BOOKING - CLEAN CO HIRE REQUIRE MINIMUM 3 FULL DAYS NOTICE. FAILING TO GIVE THE REQUIRED NOTICE WILL INCURR A $30 FEE
